There are no exchanges or refunds on tickets - all sales are final, unless patron opted for Purchase Protection at Check out.

General Policies
General Policies
For ticketed events the doors to the theater open 30 minutes prior to showtime.
For ticketed events, a ticket is required for anyone entering the theater regardless of age.
Bring proof of purchase (either print or digital)
No food or drinks allowed in the theater.
Cell phones should be turned off during the show
No photography or video taping of live performances.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Freeland Performing Arts ). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
